This product line encompasses both AC and DC explosion-proof motors. The DC motors include SCR drive permanent magnet and shunt wound types, available in various horsepower and NEMA frame sizes. They offer a 20:1 constant torque speed range and are UL and CSA certified for Division 1, Class I, Group D; Class II, Group F & G, T3C hazardous locations. Thermostats and explosion-proof conduit boxes are included. The AC motors are designed for explosion-proof applications and are specified with horsepower, RPM, voltage, frequency, enclosure type, and efficiency ratings.
