Gates 5L330 Truflex V-Belt

Engineered for light-duty applications, the Gates 5L330 Truflex V-Belt offers exceptional flexibility, durability, and resistance to contaminants like oil, heat, ozone, sunlight, weather, and aging. Its thin profile is ideal for small-diameter sheaves, while Flex-Bonded Cords ensure uniform load distribution and prevent cord deterioration. The Flex-Weave oil and heat resistant cover protects the belt core, making it suitable for auxiliary automotive applications, drive pumps, power tools, domestic appliances, and FHP motors. Meets ARPM/RMA IP-3-2 oil and heat resistant standards and IP-3-3 static conductivity requirements.

Technical Details

The Gates 5L330 Truflex V-Belt is a 5L cross-section belt with an outside circumference of 33 inches (838 mm) and a top width of 17 mm. It features a single strand construction and a nominal thickness of 10 mm. The belt is made with SBR material and polyester tensile cords, with a general-purpose diene core material and a single-layer fabric cover. It is RMA static conductive and RMA oil and heat resistant. The effective length is 836 mm.
