Technical Details

The Gates A72 is a classical, non-cogged V-belt with an outside circumference and pitch length of 74 inches. It has a top width of 0.5 inches. Constructed with an arched top, concave sidewalls, and rounded corners for uniform tensile loading and pulley contact, it utilizes flex-bonded tensile cords for enhanced resistance to tensile and flexing forces. The cover is made of Flex Weave material, which is oil and heat-resistant. It meets ARPM/RMA IP-3-2 (oil and heat resistance) and ARPM/RMA IP-3-3 (static conductivity) standards. This belt is part of the Hi-Power® II V-Belts series (Product Type: 9002 - 9006).
