Technical Details

The Gates B91 Hi-Power II Belt is a classical section, wrapped V-belt with a B section. It has an outside circumference of 94 inches and a pitch length of 93 inches. The top width is 0.66 inches (17 mm) and the nominal thickness is 0.41 inches (10 mm). Constructed with EPDM belt material and polyester cord material, it features a Flex-Weave oil and heat-resistant cover and Flex-bonded tensile cords. The belt is designed to operate within a temperature range of -58°F to +248°F (-50°C to +120°C) and meets ARPM/RMA IP-3-2 oil and heat resistance and ARPM/RMA IP-3-3 static conductivity standards. It is suitable for single belt drives or multi-belt applications and is part of the V80 Matching System.
