Gates BB81 Hi-Power II Dubl-V Belts

The Gates BB81 Hi-Power II Dubl-V Belt is a classical, non-cogged V-belt designed for general-purpose industrial power transmission. It features an arched top, concave sidewalls, and rounded corners for uniform tensile loading and optimal pulley contact. The belt is constructed with Flex-bonded tensile cords for superior resistance to tensile, flexing forces, fatigue, and shock loads. Its Flex Weave oil- and heat-resistant cover ensures durability in demanding environments. This belt meets ARPM/RMA IP-3-2 oil and heat resistance standards, as well as ARPM/RMA IP-3-3 static conductivity requirements. It is suitable for all industrial serpentine applications requiring rotation reversal on driven shafts.
