Gates C105 Hi-Power II V-Belt

The Gates C105 Hi-Power II V-Belt is a high-quality, heavy-duty classical V-belt designed for a wide range of industrial and agricultural power transmission applications. It features a Flex-Weave Cover for enhanced durability and protection against oil, dirt, and heat, along with Flex-Bonded Cords that ensure uniform load distribution and prevent cord deterioration. The Gates Curves design optimizes cord support and pulley contact for uniform wear and extended belt life. This belt is suitable for use in HVAC systems, conveyor systems, centrifugal pumps, air compressors, and crushers, and can be used individually or in multi-belt drives.

Technical Details

The Gates C105 Hi-Power II V-Belt is a classical (non-cogged) C-section V-belt with a nominal outside circumference of 105 inches. It has a top belt width of 7/8 inches (22 mm) and a nominal thickness of 17/32 inches (13 mm). The belt is constructed with a Flex-Bonded Cord core made of polyester and features a double-layer Flex-Weave Cover. It is designed for general-purpose applications and meets RMA oil and heat resistant standards, as well as RMA static conductivity requirements. The belt is part of the V80 Matching System.
