This Maxitrol Selectra Mixing Tube, measuring 12" (305 mm) long, houses a Selectra discharge-air or inlet-air temperature sensor (e.g. TS114, TS121, TS144, TS194) and holds it in the duct airstream. Designed for reliable performance, it keeps the sensor in the moving air so the Selectra system gets an accurate temperature reading. Despite its name, it does not blend fuel gas with air; it is a sensor housing for Maxitrol Selectra gas modulation systems.
