Technical Details

Techtop's Premium 56C Aluminum Motors are three-phase, premium efficient motors available in various horsepower ratings from 1/4 to 5 HP. They feature a 56C frame with a rigid/C-flange mounting configuration and a TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) enclosure. These motors are designed for continuous duty, operating at ambient temperatures up to 40ºC and altitudes up to 1000 MASL. They are inverter rated for 15:1 constant torque and 30:1 variable torque applications, exceeding NEMA MG 1 Part 31.4.4.2 standards. The motors utilize Class F insulation with Class H magnet wire and insulation materials, designed to Class B temperature rise. They are constructed with cast aluminum and feature dual oversized shielded bearings, a 1045 steel shaft, and corrosion-resistant hardware. The conduit box is 90º rotatable, and the motors are IP55 rated with double lip oil seals and a rubber shaft slinger.
