Truflex™ V-Belt 5L350

Engineered for light-duty applications, the Gates Truflex™ V-Belt offers exceptional flexibility, durability, and resistance to contaminants. Its thin profile is ideal for small-diameter sheaves, and a lower cord positioning enhances performance on light-duty drives and backside idlers. Featuring Gates Curves for proper cord support and uniform loading, along with flex-bonded cords for equal load distribution and bending stress absorption. The Flex-Weave™ oil and heat resistant cover protects the belt core. Perfect for auxiliary automotive functions like electric windows and windshield wipers, as well as drive pumps, power tools, domestic appliances, and FHP motors. Meets ARPM/RMA IP-3-2 oil and heat resistant standards and IP-3-3 static conductivity requirements. REACH and RoHS 2 compliant.

Technical Details

This Gates Truflex™ V-Belt, model 5L350, is a single-strand, single-rib belt with a 5L cross-section. It has an effective length of 887 mm (34.91 inches) and an outside circumference of 889 mm (35 inches). The top width is 17 mm (0.66 inches), and the thickness is 9 mm (0.35 inches). The belt angle is 35 degrees. It is constructed with SBR belt material and polyester cord material, featuring a black, banded construction. It is not notched.
