C1160 Marathon 1.5HP Electric Motor, 1725RPM

This Marathon 1.5HP electric motor is designed for general purpose applications with a continuous duty rating. It features a heavy gauge steel frame and base for durability, and a Capacitor Start/Capacitor Run design for reduced amperage. The motor includes automatic overload protection and a 1.15 Service Factor, making it suitable for use with fans, blowers, pumps, and other equipment in clean and dry environments. The Marathon C1160 is a 1.5 HP, single-phase electric motor operating at 1725 RPM. It features a 56H NEMA frame with a resilient base mounting and an Open Drip Proof (ODP) enclosure. The motor is designed for dual voltage operation (115/208-230V) at 60Hz, with a current draw of 16.4A at 115V and 8.4-8.2A at 208-230V. It has an efficiency of 77% and an insulation class of B. The motor is equipped with automatic overload protection and ball bearings on both drive and opposite drive ends. The frame is constructed from rolled steel.
