The Gates A77 Hi-Power II V-Belt is engineered for superior performance and durability. Featuring a classical section design, it offers uniform tensile loading and optimal pulley sidewall contact thanks to its arched top, concave sidewalls, and rounded corners. The flex-bonded tensile cords provide exceptional resistance to tensile and flexing forces, fatigue, and shock loads. Its Flex Weave oil and heat-resistant cover ensures longevity in demanding environments. This belt meets ARPM/RMA IP-3-2 oil and heat resistance standards, as well as ARPM/RMA IP-3-3 static conductivity standards.

Technical Details

This is a Gates Hi-Power II V-Belt, model A77, with a classical section. It has an outside circumference and pitch length of 79 inches. The belt is constructed with flex-bonded polyester cords for enhanced strength and durability. The cover is made of Flex Weave material, offering resistance to oil and heat. It operates within a temperature range of -30°F to 185°F and meets ARPM/RMA standards for oil/heat resistance and static conductivity.
