Gates BB60 Hi-Power II Dubl-V Belt

The Gates Hi-Power II Dubl-V belt is engineered for demanding industrial serpentine applications requiring power transmission from both sides of the belt. Its unique recessed top and bottom design ensures consistent sidewall contact and flexibility, while flex-bonded tensile cords resist flexing forces for enhanced durability. The protective Flex-Weave cover further contributes to its longevity. This belt is ideal for drives with counter-rotating shafts where power is transmitted from both the top and bottom of the belt, providing uniform loading, wear, and increased belt life.

This is a Gates BB60 Hi-Power II Dubl-V belt with a BB cross-section. It features a pitch length of 1600 mm (63 inches) and a top belt width per strand of 17 mm (21/32 inches). The nominal thickness is 13 mm (17/32 inches). Constructed with a rubber compound, it utilizes polyester tensile cords and a double-layer fabric cover. The belt is designed for double-side action and is smooth (wedge) in shape. It is RMA static conductive and RMA oil and heat resistant.
