Gates BX33 Tri-Power Belts

The Gates BX33 Tri-Power Belts are premium cogged V-belts designed for superior performance on heavy-duty drives. Featuring a raw edge, molded notch construction, these belts offer improved flexibility, better heat dissipation, and higher efficiency, especially on smaller pulleys. Constructed with a Neoprene body compound and polyester cord tensile members, they provide reliable power transmission and a long service life. These belts are resistant to oil, heat, contaminants, tensile and flexing forces, fatigue, and shock loads, and are engineered with a proprietary EPDM belt material to combat self-igniting from heat build-up. They are suitable for drives requiring small diameter pulleys and back idlers.

Technical Details

The Gates BX33 Tri-Power Belts are cogged V-belts with a BX section. They have a length of 36 inches (Outside Circumference) and a width of 21/32 inches. The thickness is 13/32 inches. The belts are made with EPDM material and polyester cord reinforcement, offering a temperature range of -30°F to 185°F. They are also RMA Static Conductive and RMA Oil and Heat Resistant.
