Technical Details

This is a Little Giant 9EC Series submersible effluent pump with a 0.4 hp motor. It operates on 115 VAC or 208-230 VAC with a 60 Hz frequency and is single-phase. The pump features a 20 ft SJTW power cord (18-3 gauge) and offers a maximum flow rate of 70 gpm with a shut-off height of 37 ft. It can handle solids up to 0.75 inches and has a 1.5" threaded FNPT discharge. Constructed with cast iron for the pump body, base, and volute, it utilizes a thermoplastic elastomer non-clog impeller. The motor is oil-cooled and features continuous duty operation with thermal overload protection. The mechanical seal is made of carbon/ceramic and nitrile.
